Meet Callie

From a young age, movement has been at the center of my life. I spent over a decade competing in volleyball, practiced yoga for 12 years, and eventually found my way into climbing, trail running, and strength training. But I also know what it feels like to juggle it all — working long hours, chasing outdoor projects on the weekends, and still trying to prioritize my health.

That lived experience shaped the way I coach today. I don’t believe in extremes — I believe in building strength and resilience in ways that fit your life, not fight against it.

I hold a Food Science degree from Clemson University, am a board-certified health coach (IIN and WildHealth Precision Medicine), a NASM-certified personal trainer, and a 200-hour yoga teacher. My training in precision medicine gave me the skills to read blood panels, understand biomarkers, and create lifestyle strategies that actually move the needle on health.

Over the past three years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies, improve their health markers, and achieve goals they never thought possible — from changing body composition to hitting performance PRs.

As someone who has spent weekends climbing in Yosemite and Bishop while managing a laboratory full-time, I understand the realities of busy professionals who want to perform at their best without burning out. My role is to provide a clear, progressive path toward your goals — one that strengthens your body, supports longevity, and still leaves room for the things you love most.

Because your health doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It just needs to be yours.
